Are all displayed items, in stock ?
Yes, all displayed items are in stock and can be delivered in short time.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, please note that we have a minimum order of 10.00 EUR.

I placed an order but have not received the email confirmation ?
When you place an order through the web shop, you should receive an order copy confirmation e-mail from our web server within more or less one hour. So you are sure that your order has been received in good conditions. If you don't, then you may have typed in your e-mail address incorrectly, or there could have been some other technical problem. In that case, please contact us with Email.

After I received the email confirmation I received an email with the new order status.

  • processing - means your order is be working on
  • delivered - means your order had ben shipped

How long will it take for my order to reach me ?
Here are general shipping time. Don't forget that theese delivery times are estimated.

Austria - delivery in 24 to 48 hours.
EU - delivery in 3 to 5 days.
Outside EU - delivery in 5 to 10 days.
Outside Europe - delivery in 1 to 2 weeks.

Order had been shipped, but parcel is not yet arrived ?
Before you contact us about a missing package, please allow twice the maximum number of days shown on our shipping time. In the meantime, you may visit your local post office and see if your order is held. Often packages are held due to customs reasons, or because they won't fit in your mail box. If you have waited for more than twice the maximum number of days and your package is still not there, please contact us with Email.

My order arrived, but some of some merchandises are wrong ?
We apologize for the error. Please contact us with Email and tell us what you did receive, and what you would have received.

My order arrived, but some of the items are missing ?
The item was not shipped because of backorder. Please double-check the invoice that you should have received in the parcel detailing exactly what was shipped to you. Small items (photo-etched parts sets, etc.) were put for shippinginside the box of another kit, or between pages of a magazine ( for better protection ). Please inspect your order carefully one more time. If you are convinced that we have made an error in your shipment, please contact us with Email.
